Hotel Policies

1. Check-In and Check-Out
1.1. Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon).

2. Early Check-In and Late Check-Out
2.1. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellation Policy
3.1. Reservations must be canceled 24 hours prior to the check-in date to avoid a cancellation fee.

4. Smoking Policy
4.1. Le Three is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. A designated smoking area is provided for smokers.

5. Pets
5.1. Pets are not allowed on the premises.

6. Damages
6.1. Guests are responsible for any damage to the hotel property caused by them during their stay.


Excursion Policies

1. Booking Excursions
1.1. Excursions can be booked through our website, at the hotel's front desk, or with our staff.

2. Payment
2.1. Full payment for excursions is required at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation Policy
3.1. Cancellations made 4 weeks or more before the excursion date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 4 weeks of the excursion date are non-refundable.

4. Weather Conditions
4.1. Some excursions may be subject to weather conditions. In the event that an excursion is canceled due to weather, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5. Health and Safety
5.1. Participants in excursions are responsible for their own health and safety. Please follow the instructions of the excursion guides and adhere to safety guidelines.

6. Excursion Changes
6.1. Le Three reserves the right to make changes to the excursion itinerary in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

7. Age Restrictions
7.1. Some excursions may have age restrictions. Please check the age requirements before booking.

8. Liability
8.1. Le Three is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or losses that occur during excursions. Participants take part in excursions at their own risk.

9. Refusal of Service
9.1. Le Three reserves the right to refuse service to guests who do not comply with the excursion policies and guidelines.
